Common questions
How long until my AI receptionist is live?
It depends on your plan: Starter goes live in about 7 business days and Pro Growth in about 10. Enterprise timelines are scoped to your requirements. You can track each stage from your dashboard.
What if I go over my included minutes?
We'll always reach out before there's a problem and recommend the right plan for your volume. We never cut off your line mid-month without notice.
Can I keep my existing phone number?
Yes. We can provision a new local number or port your existing one. If you cancel, you keep your number.
